JAY RICHARDSON
Mr. Richardson has been a life-long shooter, starting out with a Red Ryder BB gun at the age of 6. He grew up hunting and shooting in the woodlands of central Georgia. He has been an instructor of various subjects for the past 30 years and enjoys seeing students progress and become successful. He enjoys teaching, especially the imparting of defensive skills focused on winning the fight. Most recently, he has focused his own training on the development of realistic fighting skills including pistol, rifle, empty hand, stick, knife and ground fighting.
He believes that civilians should possess a basic set of skills to keep them and their loved ones safe. His focus, therefore, is teaching civilians real-world defensive skills that will enable a victorious outcome in a life-and-death encounter with an attacker. He currently resides on the gulf coast of Texas.
