Rick Klopp is a Tier-One Staff Instructor in Georgia. He has more than ten years of specialized training preceded by international responsibilities. Rick is authorized to teach basic through advanced classes in several disciplines including pistol, rifle and shotgun as well as Force on Force, Defensive Knife, High Risk Operator – CQB and the GLOCK Armorer material.

In addition, he is also qualified to teach TMCO (one of the new medical family series of classes). Rick is a Certified Tactical Medic and a member of the Georgia Assoc. of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors. He is involved with local authorities in various activities including Search and Rescue programs and is the Operations Manager for the local CERT Team. He has been a Suarez Staff Instructor since 2006. In addition to being a competitive shooter, he is also an NRA Instructor in several disciplines, a Range Safety Officer, a Glock Armorer and a registered EMT. Rick is one of our traveling instructors and also coordinates the local Regional Training Group for Suarez International. He currently works in the Emergency Department at a major rural hospital.
