Scott Vandiver is a Suarez International Staff Instructor based in Atlanta Ga. He has been a competition shooter since high school and participating in IDPA, IPSC, ATA, USSSA, GSSF, Tactical multi-gun competitions and Tactical Precision Rifle. In 2000 he became a NRA instructor and currently teaches all NRA courses. In 2009 he became a NRA SR Training Counselor and currently trains Instructors, Range Officers and Training Counselors for the NRA. He also is certified to conduct the NRA Law Enforcement courses for carbine, shotgun and handgun.

Mr. Vandiver holds instructor ratings with the states of Utah, Georgia, and Tennessee. He has completed instructor development courses from Suarez International, Glock, Sig Sauer, Surefire, Rangemaster, and Yavapai Academy. He has completed over 40 advanced shooting schools. Scott also has armorer certifications for Glock, Sig Sauer, 1911 and AR-15. He started training with Suarez International in 2005 and became an instructor in 2010. He is approved to teach the gunfighting classes with a handgun, or carbine. Other classes like HRO Fighting in Structures, Vehicle Gun fighting and Guerilla Sniper are Taught by him as well.
